My Story
Harry C. Crawford III is Chairman & President of the Executive Committee. He serves as the Managing Member of Diligence Offshore Services, LLC and Theophilus Operating Co., LLC. He has over twenty years of experience in the energy arena ranging from managing oil and gas field services crews, to business development in the private enterprise environment. Mr. Crawford is responsible for overseeing project finance models with complex financial structures, and for placing promising business opportunities in related single purpose entities for the purpose of investment. Mr. Crawford heads corporate operations and is in charge of strategizing the company’s domestic and international trade efforts. He holds a Bachelors in Business Management and is focused on Federal Acquisition and Contract Management.
