Felix Meboka is a Member of the Executive Committee and the Chief Operations Officer of Diligence Offshore Services, LLC. He has 25 years of marine and shipping experience in different positions across the industry. He completed marine engineering studies in Germany at Bremen/Cuxhaven in 2007. He sailed as officer until attaining his Captain’s license in 2015. In between, Mr. Meboka has worked ashore as Marine Cargo Surveyor specializing in heavy lifts and industrial cargo, as HSEQ Manager for Offshore Projects, as Tender, Business Development and Sales Manager and as Port Captain and Regional Representative in Africa, for an American Shipping Company.  For the last decade Mr. Meboka has mainly served the Oil and Gas, as well as renewable energy industries as a Marine Expert, ensuring safe, timely and successful offshore operations involving various seagoing vessels.
