Rafael León Calva serves a member of the Diligence Offshore and the Theophilus Operating Executive Committees. He is an independent advisor of the Energy and Environmental Sector, he is retired from Petróleos Mexicanos with more than 35 years of service to PEMEX; highlighting the Management, Operation and Maintenance of Storage Terminals; Logistics and Marketing of Gasoline, Diesel, Natural Gas, LP Gas, Naphtha, Fuel Oil, Hexane, Heptane, Sulfur; as well as, remediation of environmental liabilities. He held responsibilities for the Pemex Franchise attending to the Service Stations and the supply of fuels nationwide. As an independent, he has designed Storage Terminals; Administration, Design and Construction of Service Stations, and numerous other Consultancies in the Energy Sector.
